All sales are subject to availability due to the natural limit of unique diamonds. Once a purchase is made and the payment is confirmed, the diamond availability will be confirmed and you will receive a sale confirmation email.

Pricing may change and vary over time without notice due to fluctuation in the market.

All information on the website, including pricing, may be displayed incorrectly on our website due to typing or other technical errors. Even though we make every effort to avoid these errors, they do happen and we reserve the right to correct them and not honor incorrect pricing or information.  

In case of an error: if the product had not shipped we may cancel that order, or if it had already shipped you agree to return the diamond or pay the difference for the correct price.

All orders shipped to an address in the State of Florida are subject to Florida sales tax

Glare Diamonds makes every attempt to make sure that the information and images on the website are as accurate as possible. All diamond specifications stated are taken from their original GIA certificate however some diamonds may vary from the image depicted.

In accordance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Glare Diamonds states that the total carat weight may vary +/- 0.05 carats from the stated weight.
