RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS

Return Authorization Code and Address:

1. Call us at (866) 473-7793 to receive a return authorization number and the address to our nearest diamond laboratories
2. Write down your authorization number on the original return slip provided

Prepare and package:

1. Package the purchased diamond along with all it’s original packaging, GIA certificate, and return slip (with the authorization code). If the original GIA certificate is missing you may be liable for a replacement fee of up to $220.
   
    * For security reasons: do not write “Glare Diamonds” or “Diamonds” on the box or envelope
    
2. Ship your package via your preferred courier, make sure it is fully insured up to the value of its contents, and request full tracking and/or a confirm receipt to make sure it had arrived to our laboratories.

Confirmation and Refund:

Once your diamond is received and confirmed by our laboratory, you will receive a confirmation email and will be refunded within 3 to 10 business day.
